In 2018, we established our first state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, marking a major milestone in the SHOUYI journey. This was the beginning of our commitment to building a fully integrated and highly efficient production system.
As our business grew, we expanded further. In 2021, we opened two additional factories in Yiwu and Anhui. Together, our three facilities form a closely coordinated manufacturing network, enabling a more complete and agile supply chain—from design and prototyping to mass production and quality control.
Today, our workshop stands at the heart of this ecosystem. It is where ideas turn into products, supported by modern equipment, skilled craftsmanship, and a production team dedicated to consistency, innovation, and reliability. Our multi-factory setup not only increases capacity, but also ensures stable lead times, better specialization, and stronger support for our customers’ diverse needs.
Our factory is equipped with modern production lines, including automated bending systems, CNC cutting, precision acrylic processing, and efficient assembly flows.
This allows us to support large-scale wholesale demand with stable quality and reliable lead times.
With three coordinated factories (established in 2018 and expanded in 2021), we can handle both high-volume wholesale orders and small-batch customized projects, adapting to seasonal demand with stable lead times.
Every product goes through a structured QC process — from incoming material inspection to aging tests — ensuring long performance life and consistent brightness for every neon or LED item that leaves our facility.
We are committed to responsible manufacturing — from material selection to every step of production. We use eco-friendly materials where possible and optimize processes to reduce waste and energy use.
Our factories are BSCI and SMETA certified, ensuring ethical and transparent production.
